Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (note: we are closed Sundays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled within the time stated above we will contact you to address the specific situation.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $150 CDN and flat-rate $15 CDN shipping for all orders under $100 

In-store/Curbside pickup: 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store front: 103 - 708 11th Avenue SW, Calgary. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

We are open Tuesday-Friday 10am-7pm and Saturday 10am-5pm. Free short-term parking is available via the loading zone on the South side of 11th Avenue SW.

If you are unable to pick up your order for any reason please call us at 403-407-1222 to discuss delivery options. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (note: we are closed Sundays). You will receive another notification when your order has gone out for delivery. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $20 CDN. Orders over $250 CDN will be shipped for free.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GOAT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@goatshop.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
