Normal Persons Daily Shampoo is formulated for use on all hair types and helps to reduce excess oil and product build-up. This daily shampoo uses panthenol to help moisturise hair and add shine, while peppermint oil stimulates the scalp for an invigorated, cooling effect. To remove product build-up and refresh hair texture, Normal Persons can also be used in-between regular shampooing. Normal Persons Daily Shampoo is designed for all hair types.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (note: we are closed Sundays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Receipt or proof of purchase is required. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To start a return, please email info@goatshop.ca or call 1-403-407-1222. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
